There is a downside to being a dhampir. Sure, you get all vampiric powers like super strength, speed, regeneration, etc... but you also get the job of running point. Abby can bust a door down without a second thought and that usually leads to getting shot a few times. You would think the high viz vest with "good guy" spray painted on it would ease the minds of whoever locked those doors but some people or vampires can't be bothered to read, it seems.
